June 9th, 2011, my amazing, beautiful, loving Nana passed away in her sleep while she was taking a nap. It was very sudden and unexpected as she had started to gain her health back. My father wept of a shattered heart, as did my uncles and papa. She recently went back to Illinois to visit her family, and also took me to Ruidoso for a weekend get away. There she expressed to me her love of nature and reminded me of the simple things in life.

Congratulations to Lee-Ann Lovelace on the birth of her son Nathaniel Benjamin! Lee-Ann is back on her regular circuit, performing every Monday at Crave in Ansonia, and adding more dates with the Royal Din. Keep an eye on the calendar! There are many reason that we have to switch up our gym membership; relocation, boredom, management changes, contract renewal and overall satisfactions with your current gym. L and I are both currently shopping around for a new spot to sweat it out.
